Role Summary: As an Experienced Associate/Senior Associate in the Core Growth team (Technology & Transformation), you will lead initiatives to grow market share, optimize client portfolios, and improve operations. You will collaborate across teams to provide data-driven insights, manage projects, and support strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of initiatives to improve market share across industries.
- Assist professionals and account teams with go-to-market strategies to optimize client portfolios.
- Prepare analyses and reports by gathering information from various sources to support presentations related to industries and portfolios.
- Activate Growth priority initiatives (e.g., D20 program) by providing progress updates, performance analysis, and related tasks.
- Lead project management activities for Growth initiatives, including scope definition, planning, and risk management.
- Leverage consulting expertise to support business teams in proposal development and value-add execution on an ad-hoc basis.
- Lead the Market Reflections initiative, facilitating partner exchanges to capture market sentiment and identify improvement areas through data-driven analysis (e.g., win rate, pipeline performance).
- Enhance delivery quality by launching innovative concepts such as the Proposal Hub and streamline internal operational processes.
- Support Deloitte Leadership with preparation of reports and materials for strategic and operational meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
- Monitor progress of sector ambition plans and strategies.
- Analyze financial data such as sales and targets to provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the consulting ecosystem to foster collaboration between internal functions and business teams.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree/certification is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a management consulting firm; experience in Big Four firms is advantageous.
- Ability to apply structured problem-solving approaches.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Skilled in conducting extensive research to provide insights and recommendations.
- Certifications related to project management, data analysis, or strategic thinking (e.g., PMP) are beneficial.
